How does DataOracle analyze my data?
Uploads (CSV/Excel/JSON, images, PDFs) are parsed server-side, run through statistical engines (regression, time series, Monte Carlo, Bayesian), then summarized in plain language with a confidence score.
Are my datasets private?
Yes. Uploads are scoped to your organization with row-level security and encrypted at rest. Connector credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
Does DataOracle predict the future?
No. DataOracle surfaces probabilities, trends, anomalies, and correlations — every output includes a confidence indicator. It is not financial, medical, or legal advice.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Customer Portal from Organization → Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Go to /pricing and choose a new plan. Prorated billing is handled automatically by Stripe.
Can I export my data?
Yes — from Organization Settings you can export analyses and raw data at any time.
