1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DataOracle you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service description
DataOracle is a Decision Intelligence Platform that analyzes datasets and produces probability-driven insights. Outputs are statistical estimates, not guarantees. DataOracle is not financial, medical, or legal advice.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees are billed by Stripe. Refunds are handled per the plan's terms disclosed at checkout.
4. Acceptable use
No illegal use, no scraping others' data without rights, no attempts to bypass security or rate limits, no re-hosting the service.
5. Data ownership
You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant DataOracle a limited license to process it to deliver the service.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." DataOracle disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Statistical insights carry inherent uncertainty; confidence scores are estimates.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataOracle's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
